2012 Dues Statements: Annual dues of $410 are due on March 5th.  Dues statements will be mailed in January 2012.  If you have not received your dues statement by the end of January, please email Gina Womack at gwomack@viennawoods.org.

Photos:  Photos are being accepted by email.  Please use your last name as the file name and email photos to gwomack@viennawoods.org.  If a photo was submitted in 2011, new photos are not needed for the upcoming season.

Renters/Waitlist: To be added to the wait list to purchase, please send a $25 non-refundable check payable to Vienna Woods to PO Box 33, Vienna, VA 22183.  Please include your address, email address, cell and home phone numbers.  Rental interest letters will be mailed in January 2012 and due by March 1st.  Rentals are offered only to persons on the wait list to purchase (in order of seniority).  Please click on Membership above or email gwomack@viennawoods.org with any questions about membership.

Swim and Dive Teams:  Congratulations 2011 Vienna Woods swimmers for a 5-0 record and winning NVSL Division 3!   Best wisthes to all of the graduating seniors.  We'll miss you! Please click on Swim or Dive above for more information about our swim team and dive teams. Registration for the 2012 swim and dive season will open in April or May 2012.

Tennis:  The Spring 2012 clinic schedule is now available!  Please click here for clinic and registration information.  Summer clinic, camp and practices for beginner and team level players has also been posted.  Please click on Tennis above for more information about the summer 2012 programs.  The tennis courts are open year round, weather permitting.  Three of the five courts are lighted.  Please contact Tom Herman (ther222@aol.com) if you are interested in private lessons.

Water Aerobics and Adult Swim: We plan to offer a water aerobics class taught by Sharon Turner ($5 + a noodle) and adult swim 25M short course across the diving well at 11am each Sunday during the summer of 2012.

Raft Day: Rafts are allowed in the pool on Wednesday from 11-1pm and Saturday from 10am - noon.

Shareholders' Meeting/Board election:  The fall shareholders' meeting was held at the club on Saturday, Sept 24th at 4pm.  Please click here or on News above for a copy of the Septemeber newsletter.  Two candidates for the board of directors, Karen Giger and Benita Carr, were unaminously re-elected. Many thanks to Benita and Karen for their tireless efforts in organizing the club's special events for over 15 years and continuing to serve for another term!


An Updated Emergency Medical Authorization Form is required annually.  An emergency medical authorization form for children under 18 is required. You may print the form by going to the Forms section. Please mail the completed form to the address at the top of the form.  The form is included in the dues statement and rental application mailing.
